At STL Authentics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your team gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in new condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
